I bought this product along with a Garrison keyless entry pad. I experienced issues with both products. Front the outside, the thumb lever needs enormous pressure to work and allow us to open the door. Front the inside, you must play with the door handle to get the latch to come out to close the door - which has to be slammed to close. When I contacted Garrison, I was advised the product had a limited guarantee of one year. I have a logical expectation that a door handle should have a life expectancy of more that 14 months.
