No repair parts available at store!

Would of repaired old hose but parts for repair unavailable.Was told by attendant that repair parts not available due to possible error in ordering parts or parts where stolen.Therefore only option was to buy complete new part as opposed to repair!Bought complete unit.Was not my first choice!
