Really happy with this roller stick. It rolls super smooth, and how deep it gets all depends on the pressure you use. Works great for calves, hamstrings, thighs, and even upper back muscles. You can get a nice deep tissue roll without much effort, and it feels solid and well-made. Great for after workouts or long days on your feet. Highly recommend!
