Q: For some reason only the bottom 1/3 of my lights are working - new from the box. Any tips?

A: When you put the 3 pieces together, there are 2 plug in connections in the middle, you need to connect those, if they are already connected and the lights aren’t working, then the best is to ask for an exchange or return.

A: The lights get connected by just the plugs. There’s a plug on each level that you connect to the level above it or on the top below it. The capped off light bulb space is for the fuses I believe. The plugs do come with a green cover that you just pull open.

A: There are divided by 3. And I don’t think It would because they also added extra light bulbs to replace the ones broken.

A: No. The tree is quite light weight and would be blown over. The cord with the lights is for interior use.

Q: This tree looks incredibly bare and empty- how do I move the branches so that it is fuller, half-circle tree? The branches appear to be stuck in one place with metal brackets and can't be moved? (Bought Oct 2023)
