Although shipping was fast! Deer came broken.

The deer came broken!! It is not the shipping company’s fault as clealry I can see how the item was packed was the issue! Perhaps a more knowledgeable packaging staff or training staff properly in packaging fragile items is due!! The bubble wrap used clearly wasn’t wrapped around the legs to provide support! Now what? Do I take to the store? Will I get my shipping cost back??
