Item not as described/pictured, and can't without labeling or packaging

Bought this on-line for in-store pick-up and can't to the store to find a different product without any labels or packaging, and different than pictured and described (description said with pine cones and these didn't have them). No way to tell if I did get the product I ordered or if they just took some used items off a store display. Overall, it was a poor experience with Canadian Tire, and frankly not worth the effort to go back and return.

Online purchase. It didn’t indicate FINAL SALE before checking out. And I found out I cannot return it in store. Online store should be more transparent about key policy like those and store should serve better
