Excellent value “on sale”

After some online searching we decided on these. Great sale price for what appeared to be a great product (and it was) Our frustration, particularly with this store location was being told there weren’t any in stock when the website stock confirmed 12 in stock. Instead of verifying the information, instead recommended an alternate product, more money (on sale) that wasn’t as good. We ended up pulling the information on the product up on our phone, showed a different associate (less impatient) who confirmed, they were in stock, just not on the floor! He “ran to the back” to get them for us (most appreciated) and they were truthfully exactly what we were looking for! Worth the hassle and frustration, but not sure why it came to that?!
