Regulator leaking

a month ago

Was gifted this item in May of 2024 and the regulator started leaking about 2 weeks ago (Sept 2025) not happy that it only lasted for a little over a year and is now off the warranty. I would change the regulator but it doesn’t want to easily disconnect from the unit assembly, even using a wrench. Very disappointed.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Good fire pit.

Good little firepit. Had to buy more glass beads to cover the burner.

Disappointed

Thankfully, I didn’t take it out of the box after comparing it to a couple of their models 40,000 BTU goes off very little heat most unit size are at least 50 This unit was also more expensive than a couple. The other ones I now have looked at that had a higher BTU so I do not feel the value was here in this product.

Great fire table, good price

This fire table fits in beautifully with my Canvas collection. Really extends the season with the cooler nights we’re getting now.

Good size for a small deck

We are happy with purchase. We wanted something small for two people to enjoy, while wood fires were not allowed.
