A little hard to get them placed correctly and everything stay together so I think these will most likely be one time use for us since there are so many tiny pieces. All together and easy way to repostion your elf in a cute way!

You can set up two of the sets; I would say they are Christmas-themed, and the third set is more of a party set. The cardboard pieces are easy enough to pop out and set up that even very young kids could do it. It took me less than 5 minutes to put together one themed scene. I would say this is a fun and easy way to bring your Scout Elf to life.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pop-up scene looked so fun and I was excited to use it for my daughter’s birthday. What better way to celebrate than with a festive Elf on the Shelf setup? Unfortunately, the reality was a bit less magical. The cardboard feels flimsy right out of the box, and the pieces fall off with the slightest touch. Getting the elf into his chair was a comedy show all on its own! He kept sliding right off, and it took me about a zillion tries to finally get him balanced just right. By the time I got everything looking halfway decent, I felt like I deserved my own birthday cake for surviving the ordeal. To be fair, once it’s all set up, it is really cute and definitely made for a sweet little birthday moment. But the amount of patience (and tape…don’t judge me) required to keep it together was more than I bargained for. Overall, it’s fun for photos if you’re willing to wrestle with it, but honestly, I can’t really recommend this one. Cute? Yes. Worth the headache? Not so much. Solid 3/5 stars at best.
