Featuring Peak Power™ technology, this cordless snowblower combines the performance of any two EGO 56V ARC Lithium™ batteries for the power to clear even the heaviest, wettest snow. Built with a high-efficiency brushless motor and a 21-in (53 cm) clearing width, this cordless electric snowblower can handle what the city snowplow leaves behind—and throws it up to 35-ft (10.6 m).

So far so good it has worked well but the battery’s were manufactured In May 2023 ..so to spend $1000 on something with batteries that are 3 years old is disapointing

Not the best equipment for a lot of snow

It only last about 45 minutes on a full charge. Takes about 70 minutes in total to charge both batteries before using again

Easy to maneuver. Light enough that you can lift it up and put it in the back of your car. Is not complicated like some of the gas snowblower. Definitely female friendly.

Dead Batteries after little use

We haven’t had a significant amount of snow since 2022 when I bought the snow blower. I used it about 3 or 4 times that year. It came with two 5ah batteries that were properly stored (they self discharge to about 30% if not used) and kept them off the charger. When I used it for the last big storm the batteries took one charge and then started flashing red at the next charge attempt, refusing to take a charge. They can’t have more than 20 charge cycles on them. I can’t recommend this at all.

Q: EGO says that the best batteries to use are the 4.0Ah EGO 56V Arc Lithium batteries or with two EGO 56V Arc-Lithium batteries of greater capacity. Are these the batteries that come with the unit or are different, lesser batteries included?

A: Hello, For optimal performance on the snow blower we would recommend at least the 4.0 Ah batteries, however the snow blower can be operated with any size EGO batteries and the larger batteries will provide more run time. Thank you for your inquiry!

Q: Does the snowblower deplete one full battery first, then the second battery...or are both batteries depleted at the same time? Can different sized 56v batteries (eg, 7.5ah and 4ah) be used together in the snowblower?

A: Hi there! We recommend the use of two batteries working simultaneously. This is helpful in attaining the peak power of the snow blower. For best performance, we recommend use with two 4.0Ah EGO 56V Arc Lithium batteries or with two EGO 56V Arc-Lithium batteries of greater capacity. Q: Can this snowblower run (although for a shorter duration) with only 1 of the 2 supplied batteries used at a time, or do both batteries need to be used together?

Q: Canadian Tire is forcing me to buy both the blower and the charger and batteries. I already own an EGO lawn mower so I don't need the charger and batteries. Why can I not buy just the blower?
