    Far better bike than I expected

    Great bike, with good stability but also nimble and light enough to perform what I need. I got a small, and was worried it might be too small, but it actually is perfect. I'm 5'5" and 30" inseam (Asian build) and I have the seat almost as low as it will go--the bike fits larger than the size chart!

    Decent bike for the price

    All is good, like the design, and shipping was pretty fast - got it in a week with Covid shipment delays warnings still on. It must sell out fast as well, because I had to wait 2 weeks for my size to be available. A couple of things disappoint though. The handle bar cannot be raised, as it needs washers to fill in under it in order to keep it up higher, and none were supplied, as well as no instruments were given which isn't as big of a deal. Also, the shocks are "sticky", its a hard transition with them going up and down, they tend to get stuck at the bottom position and jolt the bike when jumping back up. But maybe its only a matter of time. Otherwise, its a nice bike!

    Love this bike. Haven’t had it for long but I love the deep purple colour and teal accents. Feels good when I ride it and I haven’t rode a bike in years. Breaks feel good and gear change is easy.

    Problem with the brakes on this mountain bike

    I’m waiting for your repair department to open so I can bring the bike in. The brakes suck. This bike is for a child and we cannot ride it down hill because the brakes do not grab at all. I’m actually surprised that these brakes were spec on a mountain bike but I have to wait until your store opens before I can bring it in. I’ve already called. Overall the bike is fine, but the brakes are terrible.
