Trash Blade on saw !

This saw is average, but the blade is trash. The blade is not balanced and causes
high vibation. The saw was on sale for $149.99 so I didn't want to return it ,so I
purchased two Mastercraft blades that were in balance and that solved the
roughness problem. Dewalt could do a better job with balancing these cheap blades. Put a better blade on this $339.99 tool only saw.

Q: Will this saw cut a 2 x 4?

A: haven't cut any 2x4 but the saw capacity does cut over 2" at 90 degrees. I have cut some 1" thick melamine and it had the power to cut through it easily if that helps any.

A: Unfortunately, 054-1376 is not compatible with DEWALT 18V Nickel-Cadmium batteries. It is powered by a different battery chemistry and voltage, interchangeable with DEWALT 20V Lithium-Ion battery platform.
