Why does it have a reverse?

Overall I like the cordless screw gun. It is 20v which matches with the entire system that I have if DeWalt. The angle of the handle and weight of fun with a battery is comfortable. But, the placement of the reverse switch is awful! All to often you grab the gun from your belt and inadvertently switch it to reverse without even knowing till you are stuck holding the sheet of drywall and trying to drive a screw in! As a professional with 30years my first screw gun didn't even have a reverse. The second had one that was never used but the switch was well away from your grip area. Is it a deal breaker? No, it is still good at its job when it isn't in reverse. Just someone needs to know to redesign!

Love this drywalling screw gun!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this two months ago? And also bought the collated screw gun attachment. Wether using it with or without the attachment, this gun is fast at driving screw into studs. Most reviews and videos I have seen for this gun has not pointed out that you can lock the trigger on. I don't find the forward/reverse switch too inconvenient as other have said they dislike it. Has plenty of power, and then there is the best part, no cords! It's impressive how good this gun runs. Also love the ergonomic grip. Kinda want to buy one for a friend it's so good. And with my bedroom remodel going on now, this gun and with the collating attachment, I fly through screws. Just have to get the hang of being perpendicular to the wall. Easy to adjust, come apart in less then 10seconds if you take your time.
