    When it works it's great

    We bought this in March of 2020. By fall of 2020 we needed the solenoid replaced. April of 2021, the solenoid is going bad again. We have followed every single step in the directions. Our countertops are granite, our sink stainless. The battery pack is laying on the floor of the cabinet, nothing is within 3-4 inches of the battery pack. We have installed an insulation piece at the opening in the countertop per Delta's suggestions, to keep any metal in the granite from interfering with the signal. I'm really disappointed in this faucet. I hate saying that because it is a beautiful design and the touch technology is super convenient in the kitchen. The fact that I spent more money than I've ever on any faucet and have had issues twice in 13 months is unacceptable. It is frustrating to say the least. Delta needs to fix this issue or drop the touch technology because I see all over the internet that I am not the only one with this issue. I should have done the research before I bought this faucet. If I had, I would have passed. Sorry Delta, we've always bought your products, this one is a really expensive dud.

    So not sure what the issue could be, however the faucet works great most of the time. But as Murphy's Law would dictate, when you need it - it doesn't work. Can't turn it on at all and normal touch works fine when it is working. Felt it could have been the batteries, changed them 4 times in last 6 months, no help. Bought the AC adapter and now have that in and felt everything may get better - but that also hasn't happened. When it doesn't want to accept a touch - it just doesn't. Love it when it works - just wish it was reliable or worked manually if the touch didn't, although at this price it really should work all the time.

    Batteries last two days

    Our builder replaced the original batteries after two days of operation. We replaced the batteries two days later with brand new duracells. Two days later the faucet doesnt work. Can’t get any water out of it. Very frustrating. Hoping for refund so ee can buy something else si that we can wash dishes in our kitchen sink.
