Broke after three uses!

Poor construction, cheap

I bought this 2 weeks ago and we were very happy with it initially, but when we went to adjust the tilt of the shower head, the top part that is attached to the faucet coming off the wall snapped clean in half. It is made of cheap plastic. I would NOT recommend and am going to return to hopefully be refunded. Not impressed.

Q: Is plumber's tape required to install this shower head?

A: Tape should be used for the shower arm to connect to the Elbow in the wall and the wand mount. I believe tape comes with the kit. Tape is not needed for the hose ends. Use washers supplied with the unit.
