FastFreeze Ice Cream Maker A+

After a bit of a learning curve to fit parts and use this ice cream maker, it worked beautifully. Ingredient containers frozen for over 24 hours need a longer defrost time than 10 minutes. Hard-frozen ingredients turn to a crumbly texture when processed until thawed further. Feel a need for 3 hands to clean as instructed: pushing the blend/paddle mechanism out and washing. Perfect for making small, different flavors, and individual servings.

Very happy with this purchase it makes great tasting ice cream that you can customize to your liking and is a perfect size doesn’t take up much room and the portion sizes are perfect.

So far I'm pretty happy with it. I haven't tried many recipes yet. I've made frozen yogurt and it wasn't as creamy as I'd hoped it would be but it is still good. It is easy to clean and store.

Absolute Best Purchase!

Recently I had been making frozen desserts using my mini food processor. While it worked, it was a bit of a process. The FastFreeze was the perfect purchase for me. To actually make my favorite dessert now is so easy. I can control the ingredients used to make my dessert and the portion size is perfect for a single serving. My plan is to always have a base ready to pull out of the freezer for a quick sweet treat.
