Q: Difficult to open and verbal instructions provided here previously are inadequate, can't open it. I'm hoping to find a diagram that would show that as this is going into a Christmas Shoe Box where neither English nor French are spoken.

A: This light uses 3pcs AAA batteries, please check whether the battery install tightly and connected good and no loose. If battery connection is no problem, then we can consider if the PCB is weak soldering/welding to caused blinking.
