Q: If the generator is voltage regulated, is it also frequency regulated?
2 years agoA: use a backup power supply for the computer or plug in the laptop. charge phones from computer if power supply doesn't have usb output.

Q: Can this generator be used for a Lincoln 140 welder, needs 20A, will not be using high wattage welding.
4 months agoA: I don’t know from personal experience, but this is a very powerful generator. It runs my Ninja 200 psi steam cleaner that runs close to 14-14.5 amps & it runs it without any issue. I’m sure it could run 2 or three of these units at the same time. My old 3250 running watts generator could run the Ninja & a 1500 watt bucket heater - but it was labouring a bit. This unit has more power than you think.

Q: Does this come with a natural gas hose? What fitting are on either end of the hose?

Q: What is the TDH rating on this Unit, please
a year agoA: This generator will put out the standard total harmonic distortion (THD) rating of about 12%-20% depending on load applied. They will produce a sine wave, not a modified or square wave. This is perfectly acceptable for running common commodities found in your home such as TVs, computers, your appliances, etc. THD is a measure of the deviation of a sine wave from a "pure" sine wave. All electricity, including line electricity, has measurable THD. If you have a specific item that requires less than 3% THD such as a UPS style battery backup, a pellet stove, or high efficiency furnace control board, we recommend purchasing a Champion Inverter Generator (sizes from 2000W to 11,000W); Champion Open Frame Inverter (sizes from 4250W to 9000W) or a Champion Home Standby Generator (range from 8.5KW to 22KW); all units provide less than 3% THD. Consult your appliance manufacturer to determine if it will require a less than 3% THD power source. Thank you.
