A: Castrol EDGE Euro 0W-20 LL-IV is not recommended for use in Asian vehicles. Variants of Castrol EDGE oil marketed as a 'European Formula' are an oil formula that is primarily engineered for European vehicles. European manufacturers have set their own special requirements for their passenger cars and do not follow the same North American standards as do GM, Ford, Chrysler and the Japanese OEMs.
