Q: Has anyone ever run this oil for the full 24000 km ? If so, did you have to add oil in between changes ? How did your engine perform and what did your mechanic say ? Thanks in advance.

A: Never….I change my engine oil every 5000 KM like clockwork. Anyone that runs oil up to 20,000 km will have premature engine failure. It’s an advertising scam and you would have to be stupid to run any engine that long with an oil change.

A: Yes if the manual states 0 w 20 If the owners manual states 0 W 20 this oil should be ok although synthetic oil is an option I used to work at a Honda dealer and they use synthetic oil for regular oil changes I drive a Honda Crosstour and have been using this oil in my V6 since my first oil change and I change oil when the vehicle mtce indicates it needs a change about 8900 km however you can extend that based on your driving habits I have had no issues with is oil in fact I used this oil 5W30 grade in a 2000 Honda Accord v6 for 15 years and that vehicle is still on the road If you have any doubt check with the Honda dealer re warranty requirements
