Meets BMW LL-01 and ACEA A3/B4 (Officially)

This oil also is recommended for use where LL-01 FE is needed. I believe this is one of the best motor oils on the market for the BMW N52 engine. Car came with 5w-30 but we may use 0w-30 too. I use 0w-30 in winter and 5w or 0w oil for the warmer months depending on what I have/ price. I believe the N54/55 engines should use 0w-40 because of the turbocharger(s) and how hot they run at operating temperatures. 0w-30 is too thin for optimal protection in the turbocharged motors, especially when pushing the car or in hot weather.
