Product Details

The Cap Solid Neoprene Dumbbell, Single, 10-lb, offers the ability to target specific muscle groups or get a full body workout. It is great for training individual muscle groups, major muscle groups, HIIT workouts, and walking. The dumbbell features an iron core made from ASTM A48 Grade 20 grey iron then precision dipped in 3mm of neoprene for safety and comfort. Thanks to the dumbbell's hex-shaped heads (on each end), it enables easy stacking and roll-free use. Besides, its medium-diameter handle provides essential grip and security during use. The dumbbell weighs 10 lbs.
