2 came broken, I bought them for our staff and ordered them way in enough time. I knew Canada Post was on strike, and saw it was being delivered by Purolator and I was happy about that. Well, after many hours on the phone with them every other day, I didn't get them till after Xmas and New Years eve. It was very embarrassing and ruined the whole Xmas surprise.....and I spent a lot of money on them! Now before you give me the speech about Purolator was also backed up because of the strike, neither your site or Purolator's site advised about delays on the day I ordered it. If I had known, I would have drove to North York to pick them up myself! Not to mention all the times I did call Purolator, having to wait hours for each of the calls...they kept giving me excuses that were outright lies! My tracker said 'due to weather there is a delay', when I challenged them they came up with another excuse that they are exactly 3 weeks behind. So I told them it has been 3 weeks since they picked it up from you, but they said no you have to start the count from another day which was 1 week later.....crazy and a lie as I was looking right at the tracker and what dates everything happened! I am very disappointed, especially Purolator, but also with you. I should have been advised that Purolator is experiencing 3 week delays so I can make a choice to order from you or maybe pick it up myself. I would like, in good faith and to make me whole, a refund for what I had to pay to have it delivered by Purolator, but also a good 50% refund from you for all the trouble. Thank you.

Too fragile

I was going to buy this for my husband, and I was checking the quality of it, gently pressing it between my thumb and forefinger and it shattered. Needless to say I did not take one home.
