Q: What is 'Reactive Glaze'?

A: Reactive glaze is a broad term for the unique finishes resulting from a non-formulaic firing in the kiln. This means that because of the higher heat boiling process, it cannot be predicted how the finish will end up looking. Therefore, no two pieces of reactive glaze dinnerware are identical.

Picked up my flatware set from the store, got home opened the box and discovered that one of the dinner plates was split in half. We made our way back to the store, the customer service employees were very helpful and exchanged it for a new one, we left the store and got into the car where I decided to check just in case and low and behold the dinner plates in this box are smashed. We go back into the store again and exchange it again, thankfully this time after checking it at the desk with the customer service employees we finally got a set that wasn't broken. The set has been great after getting it home, would definitely recommend checking before leaving the store.

Ce set de vaisselle devais remplacer 2 sets de vaisselle pour n'en avoir qu'un seul. Donc il manque des pièces pour que ce soit parfait. De plus, après avoir acheté celui-ci nous en avons vu ailleurs moins cher ce qui nous fais regretter un peu ce choix. Mais bon on peut vivre avec mais cela nous confirme que le prochain set sera acheté ailleurs.
