Poor customer service

No one to help find product. Product finder machine did not indicate aisle that product was in store. Just that there was a blinking light " somewhere in the store". We wandered around for 1/2 hour. Finally found a sales staff in the christmas department to help us. Still looked in aisle for 10 min. Saw item as we were about to leave. Husband wouldn't stay at store to look for other items that he wanted
