Broke right after warranty

Bought a few years ago, and the fireplace died a few days after the one year warranty was up. Tried posting a question to Canadian tire asking where I can get replacement parts, but they flagged my question twice and said it went against guidelines lol. Don’t buy it.

This fireplace was delivered with a smashed top corner and a crack on the bottom on that same side, which has affected the operation of the side storage drawer. It was obviously dropped at some point, and still sent out for delivery. I’m very disappointed in the condition of the fireplace.

Today the problem was resolved. A replacement was delivered. We are very happy with the customer service. Thanks Amanda! This was delivered yesterday. Today my brother and brother-in-law opened the box. After removing packing materials they found a large crushed corner.
