Came scratched and dented ,

Purchased a floor model expected to get everything in a box showed up and everything was put in cages , got home and realized a lot of the pieces were scratched and damaged was not impressed

Surprisingly high Quality, But

It took two of us (for the most part) 8 Hours to Assemble, Highly recommend Four people to support legs during the Erecting and attaching of the Side Rails. Build Quality was Better than the Sojag I built previously. Recommend using a spring clamp and an Awl to line up the bolt holes when attaching the Drip edge to the roof sheeting and the frame.
use the clamp to squeeze the parts together and the Awl to line up the holes.
Deducted a Star because the Hardware Strips Very easy.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Bought this in 2024. its big enough for my patio furniture. We added wood pieces to the top of the frame, which made this look even nicer. Best money I've ever spent.

We love the new pavilion. It did take us about 3 days to put it up, but that was mainly because of rain. Everything was marked and installation was pretty easy. My husband and son did most of the installation.

Q: Can this be left out year round? The description talks about making sure to clear snow off it but in the manual it says it's not meant for harsh weather, so which one is it?

A: Hi Ryan, thank you for asking! Snow load of this item is 11 lbs/sq feet. Snow must be cleared off regularly during snow days. Remove the snow at the top when it is thicker than 4 inches. In order to avoid damage, use a plastic snow rake to remove excessive snow and ice buildup from roof and keep away from falling debris. Also this can stand up to 50-61km/h or 32-38mph of wind.
