You have to be kidding!

I would like to meet the designer and the person who wrote the instructions. I have some questions and suggestions. Couldn't they find smaller nuts and lock washers to assemble the cover/support plate. I would add to the instructions, hold the plate in place with a broom handle and find a small child with tiny fingers to put the lock washer/nut on the cover/support plate. Did I mention the 3 ground wires!!!! The lamp is stylish and we like it with the Globe A19. T26 bulbs but it was extremely awkward. It should have been simpler!
