I have had this for two years and it has been a good product. My only concern is the screens. If there was some way to add weight to the bottom to prevent them blowing in the wind that would improve their usefulness.

Bought this for a deck...took about 5hrs total to put it together with my son who does home renos...it was hot so we did take breaks but with the exception of maybe a couple holes that did not line up perfectly this this went together so well it was actually stunning...instructions were pretty good with only a couple steps that left us scratching our heads but overall better than average...it's up it looks really really good...solid. outstanding product and i ask myself why I did not do this yrs ago

Q: purchased this 10x10 gazebo. I'm going to build a deck for it before i put it together. Can anyone tell me if it will fit on a 10x10 floating deck(no railing)? I'm curious if the foot print is actually 10 x 10 or if I'll need to build a larger deck.

Q: Who do we contact about missing pieces? Like actual gazebo parts not just nuts and bolts

A: In the instructions there is a toll free number to call. They will send your parts out to you. In my case I was missing part number 20 short side center roof end cap . I was not going to take it all apart and return it so I just waited for the parts to arrive in the mail.

Q: On step 18 it shows how to slide the roof panels together from the bottom up. Is it possible to slide them from the top down as I don’t have enough room between house and gazebo to go bottom up
