Still new. Was easy to put together. Instructions say 2 people are needed, but I put it together on my own with no issues. Comfort level not ideal, but I imagine over time the cushions will soften some. Very firm.

Great versatile patio set

Great set, and bough cushions move around

Bala Sectional Sofa

The sectional sofa looks great and is very comfortable. It was a bit challenging to put together and took about 3 hours and tools. But once done it all fit perfectly. We later discovered a small tear around a zipper on one seat cushion. After an email and a photo etc and they quickly agreed to replace that defective cushion which is expected to arrive any day. So far the service has been very satisfactory, assuming it arrives as planned. This sectional is a great addition to our backyard patio.
