Took me and another person 8 hrs to put it together ,instructions are well done.
Need some touch up paint , having a hard time getting a response on how to get some….

Love our new gazebo! We use it so much since we got it. We had a couple pieces with defects but right away they replaced the pieces. Only thing was I had to pay the guys that assembled it for me more money to fix it. Otherwise it looks great in our backyard and provides shade for our patio.

Good BUT....

I bought this a week ago and it's lovely! BUT alot of the pieces came scratched , dented or paint defect. The majority of the screws were all warped on top and unusable. For the price I think this should of been packaged better.

Amazing looking gazebo. Very sturdy and extremely solid. I have not seen this roof design at any other store in the GTA. The drainage system is excellent. I bought the demo and the folks at the store were great.... when I discovered a few bolts were stripped they found me some spares....great service at the Whitby North Store...

A: The stakes aren’t going to do any good in soil. Probably not even in wood. If you’re going to get a wind strong enough to move a 600 pound gazebo you might want to anchor it into concrete

A: First of all the one that I purchased had a hard roof .The roof panels would not line up so I guess they went to the canvas roof system. Although I did get the roof on it took many hours and re-drilling holes then caulking the panels.The frame system went up flawless.

A: They're just a bit over 8ft long. You won't be able to close the trunk - they are also very heavy. You need a van/truck.

Q: What are the measurement inside the post to inside the post? I assume the 11 x 11 is to the outside so wondering how big the posts are?
