Incorrect picture on website.

The photo on website was incorrect. So I purchased the part based on the type of hinge reflected on your website. It’s a good thing I didn’t send someone else to pick it up, and I double checked when I picked up otherwise I’d have the wrong one. I did an exchange at service desk. Lady said she can’t do anything about the website photos, that it happens all the time! I find that hard to believe, there must be a way to alert the .ca team to update the PIP.

The cover fits fine, but I had to rig up the lifting mechanism as the roller had been broken when the wind got hold of the cover. Would have been beneficial for the cover to come with a roller assembly.

Q: Do these have the long hinge with the tabs on each end that bend over to keep the lid in place?

A: This cover does not, however our #40155 does have that tab that you are referring too.

Q: Does Canadian Tire carry all four of the different hinge types Camico makes? The one in your add is a Camico #40152 and I need a Camico #40157.

A: Regrettably, we no longer carry Camco #40157 (Canadian Tire #040-8369). You may still be able to find this product in select stores, although we cannot make any guarantees on availability. Your local Canadian Tire may be able to order the part for you via a third-party distributor. Please enquire at your local store. Worst-case scenario, we carry a complete replacement roof vent kit available as Product #040-8483 (Camco #40480), although this involves replacing the vent assembly.

Q: In the store you have 3 different types of vents. How can I tell which one you have in stock? I now have to take this one back and go to a different store and hope they have the right one, Or go to an RV shop.
