I bought these and planted them a few weeks ago, but they have not grown, so I'm assumig they are "dead" and this purchase was a waste of money.

Bulbs were all dried out

I would have returned these but didnt kerp my receipt. They looked all dried out but i planted anyway since i couldnt return them. I dug them up a few days later to see if anything was happening...the outside of the bulbs had rotted and no rooting or growth.

No, I do not recommend this product.
