we love this tent. kids in the sides, parents in the middle room. everyone sleeps well and has lots of room for sleeping and their stuff!

huge tent

Very big tent, so lots of space to move around, and a good height, too - I'm 6' and can stand straight up in much of the tent, no more hunching over just to move around.
Only problem is finding a spot big enough to set it up.

Huge tent, some moisture issues

The tent is huge! We slept 3 - 2 adults in the one wing, 1 kid in the other and the privacy curtains although not strictly offering privacy do give the illusion of such. We did get some water inside the tent, I think partially because making sure that the fly doesn't touch the tent at all is a challenge in itself, and partially that in humid weather water accumulates on the underside of the fly and then drips through the ceiling of the tent which is mostly netting. Also the yellow pegs provided are not particularly effective in mountain soil so you might want to pick up some metal ones if that's your camping plan. Overall setup is quick and easy. Takedown took a couple of tries to get everything in the bag.

Biggest and most Comfortable Tent EVER!!

We where hesitant to purchase this tent by looking at the picture they have listed online and not seeing any reviews. But when we went in and saw the shape of it we were sold. There are 2 bedrooms at the back, in the middle is a huge dining room or you could use it as an additional bedroom and the front room we used as a sitting area. It was perfect for our family of 5. It is quite large so depending on where you are camping it could be too big. We used our double airbeds in each room, but could have easily used a queen or king size. It rained while we camped one night and it held up very nicely, absolutely no leaks. The only thing I would have liked is more storage pockets. For a tent this large I would have expected more pockets. Other than that...We love it and were the envy of all the other campers!

Best tent ever!

We recently purchased this tent for my very first camping trip. I have to admit I went kicking and screaming.....but wow, the tent is excellent, very roomy and I could accually stand up in it and not touch the top :) It only took us 23 minutes to set it up the very first time, I assume that it will go faster next time. We had a very heavy rainfall the second night and no leaks anywhere. The size is what sold us, and the four separate rooms, My husband joked that I was going to furnish them all, not being a camper...and I did. We put a portable picnic table in one room, great for playing cards, eating, during the storm, the dog kennel in the other small room and our queen size air bed in the middle tall room and hung a lantern from the centre . The front room held our camp chairs, perfect for star gazing.
All in all, the best tent ever! I'm actually looking forward to our next camping weekend!

Q: How many doors are on this tent?

A: Technically there are two. There is a door on the "screen room" part of the tent and then there is a door that you can close that goes between the screen room and the main part of the tent.

Q: Does this have a bathtub-style floor? is it possible to use the tent without the fly if we wish? (i.e. just with the mesh roof)

A: It is not bath tub style floor. It is inside binding floor which will give better rain protection. It does come with a fly so in a good day, you can remove the fly and to have mesh roof.

Q: I read the one answer that the manufacturer is out of business and no replacement parts are available from this company but do you have comparable or compatible part that can be used in place of the part? I am looking to replace one of the steel poles.

Q: Is the screen room floor removable? We like to have a spot where the dogs can do their business and go out in the middle of the night so is there a way that you can omit the floor and just have grass?
