Don’t buy

I bought this about a month and a half ago, and it technically is a workout bench. One that is absolutely NOT worth the money. Very cheap materials, pieces breaking, and lack of adjustability. Honestly I’d recommend any other bench, a cheap one online would probably be made in the same place anyways.

Big Gap In Bench

This is a very solid bench with one major flaw. There is a huge gap when it is flat between the seat and the backrest. I solved the problem with a 3 inch foam insert, but I don't know why Bowflex wouldn't have included a similar 'plug' for this large gap. It would be very simple.
