I have small ear canals & need ear buds with hooks over the ear or they fall out. I use an indoor walking track that’s over a hockey rink. Game & practice noise is really distracting. I purchased these headphones during a flier sale & am totally satisfied. Sound quality is impressive & I have not had to use the active noise cancelling at all. Fit is very comfortable. My only complaint is the charging cable is 20 cm (8”) long. Pretty useless. I purchased another 90 cm (3ft) which is much more versatile. Other than the cable they are great and I recommend them.

These are very high quality with the band adjustment to the swivel of each ear piece, the foam on ear pads is very plush. Most definitely have these on my favorites no need for expensive headset with these.

Q: Why do I still heard sounds around me ie "noise" even with ANC on?? There's no difference in level when on or off. They're basically "passive" noise cancelling or "noise isolating" instead of "active" cancellation

A: Try toggling the ANC on and off without any music playing and you'll notice a significant difference, especially in the lower frequencies. I tried it near my fridge and beside a fan and was quite impressed. Most ANC headphones don't do much for mid-range frequencies as this is where voices are, so you can head people talking. The ANC is good for noisy offices, air travel, or working in my shop (saws, impacts, grinders). Don't expect Bose or Sony noise cancellation quality (but they're as good or better than my Sennheisers).

A: The headphones can not reset the Bluetooth. The only way is for the connected person to remove the Bluetooth from the device and re-connected.

A: Are the headhones in low battery mode? If so, the earphones will automatically shut down. Please charge the headphones for 1-2 hours and continue using them to see if the same situation occurs again,thanks.

Q: Can this Bluebass Elite headphpnes connect to two or more devices simultaneously? The manual, has no instructions on connectijng to a second device but the Bluetooth is V5.3 which is capable of connecting more than one device?
