Q: I just bought it. When I charge the power bank, 4 dot indicates its full charge, so I unplugged and tested to see how long the power bank can hold. My Ipad was just charged from 30% to 53% and that was it! What should I do to prolong the charger poeer?

A: The battery capacity of this power bank is 5000mAh. According to the energy conservation law, 5000mAh x 3.7V(battery voltage) = output capacity x 5V (output voltage), then output capacity = 3700mAh. Normally, around 10% capacity will be lost during the whole charging period, so the real output capacity is 3330mAh (3700mAh x 90%). While the battery capacity of iPad is around 6930mAh - 11666mAh depending on different generation, if you would like a full charge for the iPad, we suggest you another power bank - 0358042 (20,000mAh).
