More crumb dust than kibble

Brand new 15lb bag is more crumbs and dust than kibble. I’m afraid my dog will inhale more crumb dust than eat her food. Totally disappointed and it’s a huge loss.

Q: Hi, we use switched to Blue Buffalo for our 2 doodles a year ago and they love it. We bought a LG bag, last week and the dog food was very powdery. Never had this before. Store we purchased it at would not accept return Is this food ok?

A: We have been using this product for close to a year for our Doodles and they love it as well. The bags typically have some powder in the bottom of them due to shipping and the food moving in the bag however if there is a large amount of powder I would reach out to the company to verify your concerns.
