Good idea & style, but some QC issues

Bought this yesterday, new in package. Got it home to set things up and noticed 10" nursery pot doesn't sit flat against the bottom, (bottom of pot is too narrow). Then tried to put the wood base together, and noticed immediately the one support piece was not pre-drilled for the dowel holes. Weird. You can drill them yourself, but you should not have to, nor does everyone own a drill anyway. So the base is useless for now. Contacted the company so I'll wait to see what they say? Lack of QC I imagine.

No, I do not recommend this product.
