This replaces a similar toaster oven with the addition of air fry. I do all my coking in a toaster oven. Easy and clean and safe - it has a timer and doesn’t need to be watched. I am elderly and forgetful. This new one is great and relatively simple to use

Measurements and settings

While in store I needed to ask for measurements because they are not listed on the box. Employee looked it up and wrote it down. I wasn't sure it would fit on my counter but was told if I opened the box I couldn't return it so I didnt get it then. I later decided to order it online so as not to miss the sale and picked it up the next day. I put the box in the area where I wanted it on my counter and it was pretty big. Then I decided to measure the box. The measurements the store gave me were the measurements for the box, not for the toaster oven itself. If you dont allow the customer to open the box just to place the product on the counter to see if it fits, then you should have the proper measurements of the product in your computer system/on display. The measurements are not listed online for the product or for any of the toaster ovens I looked up. I decided to take it out of the box because it didnt make sense the oven would be the exact measurements as the box. The oven was actually the same size as my old toaster oven and fit the space. As for the toaster oven itself, the settings/temps around the knobs are so light it's really hard to see them unless you get up really close. Other than that it has been working as it should. I have only used the toaster and the oven so far, not the air fryer.

Function Dial Failed (5 months of use)

Black & Decker products do not last as long as they used to. The function dial recently failed on this unit that has had very minimal use outside of "Toast" and "Oven"...never used air fry function, or broil. Still looks new out of box, after only 5 months of purchase. Very disappointed and now out to purchase new toaster/oven and trying to decide on a more reputable Brand Name outside of Black and Decker
No, I do not recommend this product.

Q: Does this oven have any parts inside that are "non stick" or coated? Basic iCarly is the entire unit uncoated stainless steel?

A: The crumb tray seems to be non stick smooth when wiping off crumbs or melted cheese. I only hand wash it as needed. I have placed my previous trays in the dishwasher but the chemicals are too harsh and makes it scuffed and rusty. I do put the wired rack inside the dishwasher sometimes and that seems to work fine. The rest (walls and glass) is hand wiped anyway
