Not as good as anticipated

I have arthritis in my right hand so holding up the steamer and pressing the trigger at the same time was uncomfortable. I did try it out but didn't feel that the spray was strong enough to clean my tiled shower. I returned the item.

Not worth the money

I purchased the steam cleaner, took it home and tried it. Waited 5 minutes before trying after plugging it in and nothing happened - no steam / nothing. Waited another few minutes and finally got steam that lasted maybe 5-10 seconds. Waited again and the same thing happened. After 30 minutes of trying, I packed it up and returned it to the store. Extremely frustrating.
