Wondered if it would remove normal foot traffic soiling. It didn't fully remove it. I could still see traffic path versus never touched carpet areas under say the couch when exposing the carpet. Other normal spots were removed and overall I'm sure the carpet is cleaner. Debated on returning it but will keep it for normal freshening up and if someone needs to borrow it.

Does an amazing job. For years have rented machines from big box stores. Bissell unit is lighter, better results. What's handy is that that always there to clean up inevitable spills and messes. Also straightforward to clean after doing its work.

I just finished setting up my machine everything seems to be working fine. I haven’t tested it yet but I noticed the brush belt is exposed under the unit. I will add a second review once I test it out but I would appreciate if bissell could update the design to fully enclose the belt as they have done in their previous models.

Great replacement for my old carpet cleaner

I have only used it once on a high traffic area. It cleaned very well. I would have given it a five but I recall the instructions saying the steam would start in 35 seconds and it took about 6 minutes before I saw steam. I was cleaning anyway not knowing really how it worked and the return water water quite dirty and the stains came out.

Good result. Steam works great.

Love the stream. Cleans very well. Great with fog hair.
