This is a great product. It vacuums pet hair up very well. It also vacuums up cat litter just as well. But... the battery almost ran out before I finished and it is a bit heavy to hold with my arthritis. I gave a rating if 5 because this is the best hand held vacuum that I have tried out of 3, I returned the other 2.
