I bought this machine to replace my very old bissell carpet shampooer , the difference is amazing, after the first clean with my new machine my rugs ann carpets are looking like new again. I really like the way my new machine comes apart for cleaning, the tanks are easy to fill and empty , the addition of the pet hair filter on the upholstery tool is amazing. I have 2 dogs that like to sit on my furniture. I would really recommend this machine.

Impressive ProHeat 2x

I decided to purchase our ProHeat 2 after borrowing a friends older model. The cleaning capabilities of this appliance is fantastic, it’s lifted muddy paws and left the carpets fresh and clean. The pet shampoo provided was enough to do 2 deep cleans and was ample for a 12 x 16 feet room. I’m yet to try it on my sofa but I don’t see any reason this wouldn’t live up to its carpet cleaner capabilities. Great product

Q: How long is the detachable hose? I have stairs leading up to my split level and am just wondering if the hose is long enough to reach without having to carry the vacuum.

A: We live in a townhouse that has 4 staircases. We have no problem with the staircase that has 4 steps and 2 staircases that have 7 steps each. The last staircase has 9 steps in it and that one we can not reach all the way with the hose. only need to move the vacuum once to cover all the staircases. we have been very happy with this unit and having 2 large dogs, 1 cat and 4 adults in the townhouse the vacuum gets a real work out.

Q: Can I turn off the brush? Can I adjust the height of the brush for low and high carpet? How doe the brush turn.. is it belt or air driven?

A: You can! The brush can be turned on and off on this machine, it is belt driven and has a manual height adjust.
