While it could be something simple like a full dirty water tank, a clogged filter, or a brush roll issue. Q: What is the difference of this model#3515D and the 3515B on the Bissell website. This model cannot be found searching Bissell.com for parts&supplies. Do the brush rolls on the Bissell website fit this machine?
