Best purchase I would definitely recommend.

I always prefer Bissell vacuum’s. I purchased this today for my hard floors. I have a child and two large dogs and this was amazing! My floors look great, it was easy to use, easy to clean and I am so happy! This is by far my favorite out of all my vacuums.

Leaking water from the dirty tank

I love it because it's convenient, received it as Xmas gift only used the cleaner that came with it. After 3rd use and fully cleaning it completely and and now when I do the self cleaning step it's leaking on the side like the dirty tank seal isn't working right

This is the only thing I'd recommend for hardwood floor owners. It does the job of a mop and vacuum all at once! I love the swivel head too, it's so easy to maneuver. Seriously, I wouldn't get any other thing to clean my floors.
