Over 90% failed

I bought 3 boxes of these a month ago, and also just the wide mouth lids without the bands from elsewhere. They have almost all failed. I have been canning my entire life, and have never had this happen. The first batch I did had to be reprocessed. The second full half bushel only 4 lids sealed correctly. They looked sealed but when I slipped my thumb under to check before placing in storage the lids popped off, I tried contacting the company, and after being on for over half an hour triple checking that everything I did was correct, they hung up on me. My concern is that someone new to canning will think they sealed when they aren’t and get sick. I just checked and four more of my kids have failed in storage. I have lost over a bushel of peaches and countless hours of work. The narrow jar lids I bought a few years ago all sealed and have been fine. I have also noticed a significantly less amount of rubber in these new lids. I cannot return them because of having used them and not having my receipt and more. I will never use these again!
