Good quality overall. Very happy with the final product. Looks and feels fantastic! It would be great if the numbers for the parts are printed in the instructions, as well as the location of the holes are clearer on the wooden parts.

Q: What stain or product should be used to protect it?

A: We used an exterior stain on ours, but an exterior paint would work well. Be sure to sand and stain it prior to assembly. The results are far better.

Q: Is this pine Muskoka chair pressure treated wood?

A: No, the wood isn't pressure treated. You'll need to apply an outdoor paint or varnish (such as Spar exterior varnish) to treat the wood. The finish will help keep them looking absolutely wonderful for years to come. You can check out this article on using a spar varnish to get you started. Q: how do i contact the manufacturer? I pained my new chairs and assembled them, after a week they are leaking sap all over and there is sap coming from all the knots in the wood turning the grey chair brown

Q: Does this come with all the holes already drilled and all the screws and everything you'll need to assemble? And easy to understand instructions? Also do I need to buy wood glue to build this?

A: Everything is ready to go - holes drilled, screws included, and easy-to-follow instructions (my 15-year-old grandson did it for me, with no prior experience). I did not use wood glue, and they are still sturdy after a year's use.
