Does not come with helium tank. If you want them to float in the air I suggest buying a helium tank or getting them blown up for a small charge. They were placed on each turn in the trailer park attached to baby sharks I made out of project boards giving drivers direction the drive by party.

I used these balloons for my son's 2nd birthday. The design on them are great and they are inexpensive. Worth the money and worth having at your child's baby shark party!
