Poor quality

I have purchased several wheel covers from CT in the past and have had minimal issues. The first time I tried to install these one of the tabs snapped off. In the end I was unable to install on my rim (17 inches). The instructions say that there are two tension settings but they actually don't. I will be returning these hub caps.

These did not fit properly. The ring seems to big. The installation diagram did not match the covers moldings. Several cracked upon install.
